Photoshoot Appointment Policy
Deposits are non-refundable.
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking for a studio session and is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel, please be aware that if you notify us within 72 hours of your scheduled session, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the agreed shoot fee.
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in this matter.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please be aware that doing so within a 24-hour notice period will require you to pay the full 100% of the remaining session fees.
We kindly ask that you arrive promptly at the scheduled time, as our studio operates on a tight schedule and is often filled with back-to-back appointments. Given our busy calendar, we may not have the flexibility to extend your session, and additional fees will always apply in such cases.
If you need to change or cancel your session, please note that a fee of £150 will be charged to help cover costs and compensate our staff, should they be available. However, you will receive a complete refund if you give us notice at least 7 days before your scheduled shoot date.
